Last novelties form Muraro consist of having set up the newest Hydroforming technology by a thecnics particularly able to reduce drastically the cost of dies first of all as fas as the bodyworks of CARS, VANS and LORRIES are concerned. The cost of the dies are reduced of 60/70% if compared to the traditional systems and as a consequence also the cost of the drawed products has been reduced. The presses having an elevated ton power from i.e. ton. 10'000 upwards are dedicated to Elastoforming and to Hydroforming thanks to a new technology for the realization of the principal structure characterized by big steel rings milled in a single piece. The above allowed for a massive saving equal to about 60% if compared to the traditional values.
