These plants are real processing lines that Muraro SpA has designed to achieve high production capacity and great flexibility. They are based on the use of one single compact and automated press which replaces traditional in-line machines and on a special drawing system which avoids intermediate heating tratments.
They take up little space, eliminate handling and only one operator is enough to make the machine work. The paramenters of each single table can be adjusted separately; this enables to manufacture a great number of different pieces according to the characteristics of the machine.

The plant is provided with a feeder, a centering station, transfer units, scrap material conveyor belts and a finished piece conveyor. It may also be provided with a final burring station.

Workpieces and dies are lubricated automatically by loop lubrication. Emulsion is sprayed onto the workpiece, collected, decanted, filtered and recycled.
In case the lubricant has a higher density, it is also possible to introduce a roller lubricator.
The machine can be fed by sheets and coils which, according to requirements, may be covered by pre-polished plastic film (the plastic film remains on the workpiece during the whole process and is removed by the final user). In this way final polishing processes are avoided.

Special rapid die changing equipment quickens production changing operations and reduces time. Working cycles are managed by "MULTIPROCESSOR" controls. This type of "drawing system" is built in various versions and can have up to 6 indipendent mobile tables.
